Playfully calling herself the "Fermentation Goddess," Puja has mastered the art of incorporating fermented foods into her cooking, creating meals that heal and nourish from the inside out.
When she’s not guiding her students or experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll find her embracing nature—taking long, meditative walks each morning or marveling at sunsets in Edmonton, where she’s successfully run her own immigration consultancy business for the past 20 years. For Puja, food isn’t just sustenance; it’s medicine. She believes every kitchen is a pharmacy, capable of transforming lives when ingredients are selected and combined with intention.
Puja’s wellness journey began when mainstream medicine didn’t work for her. She turned to books, research, and self-experimentation, discovering the transformative power of gut health.
